3. Customers holding stock price difference contracts will not physically hold the stock or the rights it brings.
When trading individual stock price difference contracts, the relevant companies will take corporate actions, such as distributing cash dividends. When the relevant company distributes cash dividends, VYNTOR will make corresponding adjustments to the customer's account and take two actions:
On the ex dividend date, customers holding long positions in a single stock price difference contract will receive a positive cash amount equivalent to the dividend payment (deposited into the customer's trading account based on the proportion of the customer's lot size and the underlying securities paying the dividend).
On the ex dividend date, customers holding short positions in a single stock price difference contract will receive a cash amount equivalent to the dividend payment (funds will be withdrawn from the customer's trading account based on the proportion of the customer's lot size and the underlying securities paying the dividend).
If the customer's account is denominated in US dollars, the adjustment amount will be converted to US dollars based on the spot exchange rate
For example, if Apple Inc. (AAPL) announces a cash dividend of $0.01 to its shareholders, on the ex dividend date, Apple Inc.'s stock price will drop by $0.01, reflecting the impact of the company's actions. VYNTOR will make cash adjustments to customers' positions in Apple Inc.
